Welcome to Just This Moment
Welcome to Just This Moment!
If you have ever been a caregiver or are currently a caregiver, you will understand the importance of
staying in the moment to thrive in your role. I have been a family caregiver since my childhood and a
professional geriatrician and caregiver for over twenty years. The goal of this website is to provide
education and mindfulness training to caregivers - family, friends, and professionals.
On this website, you will find links to my favorite resources that provide invaluable information about
Alzheimer’s and related dementias and common geriatric co-morbidities and issues that arise for
persons living with dementia and their caregivers. In future blogs, I will also be posting articles which
summarize my take-home points for each topic.
